The Founder
Pierre Legrandois
Married with 2 children, Pierre Legrandois was born in France and has lived in Hong Kong since 2006.
Pierre has over 20 years of experience in the wine field across Europe and Asia. He spent the first decade of his career as a sommelier in some of the world’s best restaurants. Curious about the other side of the business, he moved into fine wine distribution, taking on the position of General Manager for Greater China at Links Concept in 2010 and later joining Mayfair Fine Wines in 2020.
Desiring to pursue his vision for a new type of wine company where he could share his passion with wine aficionados and be a cultural and commercial ambassador for wineries, he founded Vinosophy in 2022 and Climats by Vinosophy in 2025.
Pierre is committed to Hong Kong and deeply passionate about his profession. Epicurean, an avid traveller, a lover of cigars, surrealist arts, and Chinese culture.
